1 1st HOUR

Beginning your trip, a safari-style 4WD vehicle will pick you up from your accommodation in the heart of Dubai and whisk you away to the desolate Lahbab desert, just outside the city. Your guide provides details concerning the area and responds to any queries across the journey.

2 2ND HOUR

When you get to our desert camp, you may participate in a variety of activities including getting henna tattoos, smoking shisha, dressing up in Arabian garb, and meeting a falcon specialist to take pictures with that magnificent bird.

3 3rd hour

Take a break to gather the convoy and use the available quad bikes. Hold on as you proceed toward the steepest slopes. As your 4x4 tears up the dunes before sliding and skidding back down the slopes, stirring up billowing clouds of sand in the process, feel your heart race with adrenaline.

4 4th and 5th HOUR

Afternoon tour: In just under two hours, we will arrive at a towering dune in the desert for a photo opportunity and to take in 360-degree views of the desert scenery as the sun gently sets. If the upgrade is chosen, go on a camel ride and sandboard the dunes before continuing to a camp built in the Bedouin manner that is tucked away in the middle of the desert.

5 6th HOUR

Proceed to a torchlit camp, settle inside a cushion-strewn tent, and savor some fresh Arabian coffee and dates. Your safari guide will brief you about the various activities available: smoke a shisha (water pipe), decorate your hands with henna designs, and take pictures in traditional Arabic clothes.

6 7th HOUR

As night falls, tuck into a delicious barbeque dinner with kebabs, hummus, and salads, as well as sodas, mineral water, and additional drinks from the bar (own expense). While you dine, take in a vibrant tanoura performance and a belly dancing spectacle where dancers spin quickly across the stage. Take pictures with Arabian falcons at the camp if you'd like.

Things to note:

To participate in this activity, participants must be older than 16 and have a basic understanding of driving. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The quad biking segment is solely the participant's responsibility. Any damage, injuries sustained or items lost during the quad tour are not covered by insurance. Sharing Bike option, minimum 2 passengers need to book this option, if there is a singular traveler or odd number in the group an extra charge of 37$ applicable for the single passenger. This self-riding activity is NOT INSURED & any accidents or damages from the activity will be the sole responsibility of the rider & passenger. We recommend you have international travel insurance as self-driving activities are prone to risk, leading to serious injury & is covered only by your insurance companies.
